Edixion Community Marketplace – Seller Agreement

• Sellers must be 18 years or older
• Sellers must be located in the United States
• You must provide accurate personal and payment information

Edixion is a curated marketplace focused on blind boxes, plushies, figures, trading cards, kawaii and collectible items.

As a seller, you agree to list only authentic items, provide accurate descriptions, disclose condition, ship items promptly, and maintain respectful communication with buyers.

Listing items is free. Edixion charges a 10% commission fee on each successful sale. Commission is automatically deducted before payout.

Sellers set their own product prices. Sellers are paid via bank wire transfer after order is marked as delivered and any dispute window has passed.

Sellers are responsible for setting shipping rates, purchasing shipping labels, and providing tracking information. Sellers must ship within 2-5 business days.

Sellers must mark orders as shipped and provide valid tracking. Failure to ship orders may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

Sellers are responsible for their own return policies. Refunds may be required if item is not as described, not received, or arrives damaged.

You agree not to mislead buyers, manipulate reviews, complete transactions outside the platform, or harass buyers or other sellers.

Edixion reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for violation of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or poor performance.

Edixion acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for seller inventory, shipping delays, or buyer misuse of products.

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Marketplace means you accept any changes.
