1. Overview

Edixion Collectibles Marketplace collects all payments from buyers and securely holds funds until orders are completed. Sellers are paid via bank wire transfer after successful order fulfillment.

2. How Payments Work

• Buyers pay the full amount at checkout (including shipping)
• A 10% commission fee is automatically deducted from each sale
• The remaining balance is allocated to the seller

3. Payout Method

• All payouts are sent via bank wire transfer

Failure to provide correct details may delay payments.

4. Payout Timing

• Orders must be shipped within 2–3 business days
• Sellers must upload a valid tracking number

This holding period helps protect against disputes and ensures a safe transaction process.

5. Payout Schedule

• Payouts may be processed on a weekly basis (e.g., every Friday)
• Only completed and eligible orders will be included in payouts

6. Holds & Delays

Funds may be temporarily held if:

• The seller is new
• Tracking has not been provided
• A dispute or refund request is opened
• Suspicious activity is detected

7. Refunds & Deductions

• If a refund is issued, the amount will be deducted from the seller’s balance
• If funds have already been paid out, the amount may be recovered from future payouts

8. Seller Responsibilities

To receive payment, sellers must:

• Ship orders on time
• Provide valid tracking information
• Ensure items match their listings

Failure to meet these requirements may result in payout delays or account restrictions.

Edixion Collectibles reserves the right to review and manage all payouts to ensure fairness, security, and trust within the marketplace.
